Position: Manual Tester

Experience: 1.5-5 years

Location: Baner, Pune (WFO)

Salary:- 3.6 LPA - 8 LPA

*Roles and Responsibilities:

Understanding Software Requirement Specification and identifying the required Test Scenarios.

Well versed with SDLC, STLC and Defect Life Cycle.

Professional Software Experience in which includes Effective Identify Test Scenarios, Test Case Designing and Test Case Preparing.

Extensive exposure in Black Box Testing using BVA and ECP.

Experience in executing Test Cases to test the application functionality against the requirements manually. 

Experience in testing Functionality, Compatibility, Database and Regression testing.

Defect Reporting and Tracking using JIRA Tool. 

"Mandatory'- Projects related HRMS, HRIS, Payroll Software, Contract labour Management System or worked on time attendence, payroll, leave absence, reimbursement.
