• Being the primary contact person of the IAM manager as well as of members of the Technical Delivery team.

• Providing support to technical teams working on the IAM solution platform and services maintenance.

• Providing technical specifications based on business stakeholder's needs in liaison with IAM Business Analysts and IAM Technical Architects.

• Understanding the business needs of operational and IT teams to be able to provide them with appropriate support.

• Acting as technical authority for the deployed IAM services.

• Ensuring technical IAM platform evolutions and changes are made with no impact on deployed IAM services.

• Assisting the technical delivery team when needed, in the documentation of technical procedures and issues description and resolution.
