IT Support Professional


Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, hardware, and software problems (Switches, Routers, Firewall).

  • Work closely with system administrators, security professionals, and other IT teams to implement network-related projects.

  • Providing technical support either by visiting on-site or through remote-access systems.

  • Provide support to end-users for network-related issues.

  • 2 - 3 year of experience in similar role.

  • Understanding of Hardware, software, and networking.

  • Experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.

  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
