-         Implementation of appropriate HR policies and best practices.

-         Designing and implementing performance evaluation and management system.

-         Suggesting data based and performance-based feedback to employees including, promotions, increments, escalations, etc.

-         Handling recruitments and induction process as well as handling employee documentation over lifespan in the company including exit interview.

-         Handling key HR compliance activities like payroll processing, PF, PT, ESIC compliance with help of accounts dept.
